General Questions

Shipping

Far South uses standard shipping for all of our orders. Our orders are filled on the same day or by next business day. In case of delays beyond our control, we will notify you and orders will be filled as soon as possible.

Our delivery shipping times are as follows:

 

  • Standard Shipping:    3 - 5 Business Days.​

Returns and Exchanges

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Let us make it right. We strive to make any returns or exchanges as hassle-free as possible.

All merchandise returns must be done through farsouthshoes.com. All merchandise can be returned for any reason within 90 days of original purchase date. For a full refund, the following terms and conditions apply to all returns and exchanges:

 

  • All returns require the product to be unused, unworn, in it's original packaging.

  •  Returns must include its original receipt.

  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated  through Contact Us page prior to a return being sent back to farsouthshoes.com.

  • Any returns made within 30 days of purchasing date will receive a full refund.

  • Any returns made after 30 days will be issued as a merchandise store credit or digital gift card to be used at farsouthshoes.com.

  • Return shipping cost are not covered by Far South, unless you have received an incorrect or defective product. In this case, Far South will cover the shipping costs for the return of the incorrect or defective product and send the replacement product to the customer.

  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return and are sold as is.

  • When we receive your returned product and determine eligibility for a return, you will receive a full refund. It may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund once the product has arrived at our facility.

  • Far South reserves the right to limit the returns or exchanges regardless of receipt.

Pre-Ordering Items

On some occasions, we will have items which are sold out and out of stock. if an item is out of stock, we will give considerable effort to get more in as soon as possible. Customers still have the choice of ordering an out of stock item. In that case, we will fulfill orders on a first come basis when more stock comes in. In case we are unable to get more stock in, customers will be notified and fully refunded.
